Summary

Keeping commercial properties clean takes more than just a quick rinse. This transit facility needed a thorough cleaning to remove grime, grease, and build-up from their bus and train barn overhead doors as well as the building's siding and windows. The goal was to maintain a safe and professional appearance for staff and visitors.

The Work

Used high-pressure hot-water washing to clean exterior surfaces of 12 bus barn overhead doors
Applied heavy degreasing and hot-water washing to 13 train barn overhead doors
Washed the entire east side of the building, including siding and windows from ground to roof

The Outcome

Surfaces were left free of dirt, grease, and residue. The facility not only looked better but also became safer and more welcoming for everyone who uses it. Regular upkeep like this helps extend the life of property features.
